High Mark Commercial Inspections was retained to conduct a Focused System Review for a multi-tenant commercial building in Mayo, FL housing retail, office, and educational spaces.

For this project, our evaluation concentrated directly on the building's core infrastructure: Roofing, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.

What we did:

• Roofing & Envelope Evaluation: Conducted an on-roof evaluation of the metal roof assemblies, parapets, edge transitions, and drainage components to evaluate overall serviceability and remaining lifespan.

• HVAC & Mechanical Inventory: Performed a comprehensive audit of all exterior cooling units and interior air handlers across the individual tenant suites, cataloging equipment data, age, and operational status.

• Plumbing & Water Systems: Evaluated public water supply connections, main shutoffs, drain/waste/vent lines, and domestic water heating units across each individual space.

• Electrical Infrastructure Inspection: Inspected service entrance conductors, main panelboards, and subpanels across all suites to ensure safe working clearances, proper breaker ratings, and overall system functionality.
